The Annual Meeting takes place every spring at a different location in Israel, and last three days. The Annual Meeting includes presentations by the members of the professional Earth Sciences community, graduate students, new immigrants and private individuals. The meeting facilitates social and professional interaction for its members and the general Earth Sciences community throughout the world. Two days are generally allocated for lectures and poster presentations, whereas the third day consists of field trips in the locality at which the meeting is taking place. Each Annual Meeting is accompanied by an abstract volume in English and in Hebrew and by a field excursion guide.
